President - Steve Harclerode
Steve is from Cleona and the owner of Harclerode Repairs Inc.
He has been riding motorcycles for over 40 years. One of Steve's favorite sayings is “It’s not about the destination, it’s the ride”. Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends
Vice President - Rob Cummins
Rob Cummins is a proud U.S. Army veteran and lifelong motorcycle enthusiast.
He discovered his passion for riding in 2001 and has been on two wheels ever since.
In 2003, Rob joined the Lebanon Valley Motorcycle Club, where he found camaraderie and a community that shares his love for the open road.
He is joined at the club by his beautiful wife, Cathy, who shares his enthusiasm for the biker lifestyle. Together, they enjoy the freedom, adventure, and friendships that come with being part of the riding community.
Treasurer - Linda Sweigart
Linda has previously held positions on the club board in the roles of secretary and entertainment.
Linda is the owner of Linda's Day Care, which she has been doing for the last 20 years and before that she worked for 10 years in banking.
Linda enjoys nothing better than riding her 2011 Harley Davidson Heritage along with trips to the beach and camping.
Membership Secretary - Sheila Plummer
Sheila has been a member of LVMC since 1983 but has been coming to LVMC with her parents since she was a child.
Sheila remained a member of the club even though she moved away from 1984 to 2001 to follow her husband as he served in the US Air Force. Upon his retirement from the Air Force they returned home and she is now active in LVMC again.
Prior to her becoming Membership Secretary, Sheila held positions on the board and also served as Treasurer from 2009-2012.
Asst. Referee - Joel Davies
Joel loves nothing more than riding with his best friend.
Club Grounds - Doug Billman
Doug Billman has been a dedicated member of the Lebanon Valley Motorcycle Club for the past 10 years.
Currently serving on the board, Doug takes pride in overseeing the upkeep of the LVMC club grounds and its rental unit, ensuring everything is well-maintained and running smoothly.
Outside of his club responsibilities, Doug is a man of many talents. He enjoys baking desserts and is known for creating sweet treats that delight friends and family.
An accomplished carpenter, Doug brings creativity and craftsmanship to every project he takes on, whether it’s building something new or restoring something old. His dedication, skills, and warm personality make him a valued member of the LVMC community.
Bethel Grounds - Richard Kohr
Richard Kohr is a long-standing member of LVMC along with his wife Josie; you can always find them in the clubhouse for meetings and events and if that fails Richard is often at the Bethel grounds looking after those. Richard has been riding with Josie since 1959 and continue to do so every chance they get.
Stewart #1 - Joe Brewer
Joe started riding at age 14, riding and snowmobiling the trails and pipelines of Potter County. He first joined LVMC in 1963. He bought a 1964 Sportster XLCH and got into dirt bike and black top drags.
Joe left for the army in July 1967 then came back to LVMC in 1980 with a new Suzuki and got into poker runs. He left again in 1988 because of work conflict, too many tour of duty, until he retired in 2005 and came to LVMC in 2016.
Joe now has a trike and enjoys poker runs, group rides and rides to different restaurants.

Stewart #2 - Jeff Dodson
Jeff has been a member of the motorcycle club since 1986. Since that time he been on the field committee back in the day when the club had the 8th mile dirt track drags.
Jeff served on 3 committees for biker fairs, helped with a pig roast. He was on the board of directors before as the Stewart, now he on the board of directors as the assistant steward.
The things Jeff enjoys are spending time with his family and friends, motorcycle riding, down time in his back yard, camping and playing pool (Billiards).
Gambling - Barb Matters
Say hello to Barb Matters, Barb is one of our new board members for 2024.
Barb and her husband areboth LVMC members, Barb has been a member for 3 years. She loves to cook, readand spend time at the beach. When she is not doing those things she loves totake rides with her son on his slingshot.
Merchandise - Joe Love
Joe was on Schuylkill country motorcycle club Drill team and was a AMA Congressional Delegate for D6 road clubs. He has served on D6 Board of Directors.
Joe is a certified Motorcycle safety instructor for Pennsylvania and currently works at Schaeffer's Harley Davidson, teaching introduction for Can-Am bikes.
Joe is also a former LVMC president, Vice president, Referee, Steward and kitchen.
Joe is not only a member of LVMC, but also Schuylkill county MC, Deer lake HOG and Blue mountain HOG.
Entertainment - Michell Pautz
Michell Pautz has taken on the role of Entertainment for 2025. Previously she was our club Vice President for 2 years and LVMC President for 4 years.
Michell has been an active member of the club for many years and is joined by her Mom and Dad, it's a family affair!
Although Michell doesn't ride, she participates in all of our club rides as a passenger and loves to be chauffeured around.
